Key Terms & Conditions Explained:

  • Booking and Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a spot. Full payments are required weeks in advance, and rates may be subject to change due to taxes or fuel price increases.
  • Cancellation Policy: Written cancellation is usually required. Typical structures involve:
    • 30+ days: Partial refund or forfeiture of deposit.
    • 15–30 days: 40%–75% cancellation charges.
    • 10 days or less: 85%–100% cancellation charges (no refund).
  • Itinerary Flexibility: Spiritual journeys (e.g., Char Dham, Kailash Mansarovar) are subject to weather, road closures, and government restrictions. Operators reserve the right to alter itineraries, and such changes are not considered breaches of contract.
  • Health and Conduct: Participants are responsible for their own physical fitness and must comply with local customs and respectful behavior.
  • Liability Limitations: Operators often act as facilitators, not liable for accidents, injuries, or personal property loss. They are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest).
  • Inclusions/Exclusions: Most packages cover accommodation (often twin-sharing) and transportation, but exclude personal expenses, specialized rituals, or airfare.

RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Services in connection with our tours, such as accommodation and all forms of transport, are provided by independent contractors who are agents but not employees of My Spiritual Holidays. My Spiritual Holidays arranges these services only as an agent for the individual participant.
  • My Spiritual Holidays reserves the absolute right to adapt, modify, or change the proposed itinerary to enhance the quality of the client’s experience or due to local conditions beyond our control. The published itineraries should be taken as a guide only.
  • Participants agree that My Spiritual Holidays shall not be liable for any delay, mishap, inconvenience, expense, bodily injury, death, or loss or damage to property occasioned through the acts, negligence, or defaults of any company or individual engaged in providing services to My Spiritual Holidays.
  • My Spiritual Holidays shall not be liable directly or indirectly for any injury, death, or damage for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to acts of God, detention, war, quarantine, weather, terrorism, civil disturbance, strike, changes in government regulations, airline or other travel operations.
  • By submitting the ‘Make A Booking’ button above, the participant or an authorized representative signifies acceptance of and agreement to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated on this form.
  • Purchase of comprehensive insurance is strongly recommended to cover eventualities such as having to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.

Commonly Included Policies:

  • Non-refundable Deposits: Deposits are generally not returned.
  • Group Size Requirements: Tours may be cancelled if minimum participant numbers are not met, usually with a full refund.
  • COVID/Health Rules: Adherence to local health guidelines is mandatory.
